Great property, pool was phenomenal and well heated. The bedrooms were very private with lots of en suite bathrooms. The new pickleball court made for a lot of "spicy" competition. Would recommend this property to anyone who really want to spend time at the property. And the property mgmt team were very responsive when we needed stuff like firelogs, new paddles, etc.

Stunning Estate For Large groups

Our large extended family had a wonderful time with endless activities on this five-acre property, and hope to return often. The lighted tennis court was in great shape, as was the Pickleball court. We were surprised and delighted to find a batting cage and beach volleyball court with real sand. The lake is really a pond, so we did not get around to using the paddle boards and kayaks; maybe next time! The pool is enormous and more than adequately heated for a cool winter day. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar, eating and fireplace area which is large and yet cozy at night. Inside the house is spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, cushy beds, lovely bathrooms, and a large kitchen plus butler's pantry. There is also a home theater and game room. It seems to go on forever with patios off bedrooms and balconies inside and out. The small gym was nonetheless very well equipped and we enjoyed using it daily. The villa/estate requires a lot of maintenance, and is aging, so we had to call for some basic kitchen tools, and some minor repairs and maintenance. Desert Luxury Estates was immediately responsive to our every request. I highly recommend this company and this beautiful, impressive property.

Perfect for a family reunion. Expansive house allowed room to spread out. Lots to do - swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, games, etc. Close to stores and attractions. Our family had a wonderful time!

Luxurious Work Retreat

We had a department meeting in which we chose Chateau Dumont as our team's accommodation. The home was lovely and allowed everyone to have a private bedroom plus room to spread out and come together at different points in the week. The Desert Luxury Estates team was very accommodating and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Spectacular!

We were a family of 27 ages ranging from 13-73 and there was so much to do that we never even left the house! Canoeing, paddle boarding, pickleball, swimming, theater room, even a batting cage I think! We took enough food to sustain us and there was plenty of fridge and counter space in the gournmet kitchen and plenty of dining space for us all. Our concierge was super helpful and responsive. It was amazing and I’m ready to go back!

We had a family reunion with 10 adults and 10 kids of all ages. there was something for everyone. The pool, volleyball court, tennis/pickleball courts were a huge hit. Plenty of room in the house with the playroom, movie theater, bar area, large living room and huge kitchen. We didn't even use all the bedrooms. Highly recommend this place.

Great House for a Group Trip!

We had 14 people stay at the Chateau Dumont during a recent long weekend trip and it was exceptional! The space was great for our group so we each had our own bedroom and the outdoor activities (paddle boarding, swimming, tennis) made for a fun weekend. There were a few technical/mechanical issues when we arrived at the house, but the house manager did a great job of addressing those quickly. Would definitely recommend this home!

The pictures don't do this place justice. This is a massive proprerty with every amenity you can think of. Hire Paul the butler as he knows the place inside and out and he also provides exceptional service. Can't wait to come back!

Superb Estate

This place is huge, the grounds are spectacular. Makes you feel like Al Pacino living in Scarface's Palace. The master bathroom is bigger than most houses. The koi pond is so big, you can paddleboard in it.
