The views are spectacular, and unobstructed due to the private location - no homes are behind you, just a beautiful green belt and the mountains. There are several lounge chairs for sun bathing surrounded by many umbrellas for the option of sun or shade. Enjoy a glass of wine in the spa, or take in the star covered nights and beautiful sunsets from the backyard facing South.
Completely updated with beautiful modern furnishings and amenities, this luxurious home as been thoughtfully designed and appointed. Two bold velvet sofas flank the original stone fireplace, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and formal dining area. Additional sitting area with flatscreen TV, plus sofa and accent chairs. 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, plus 2 more at the wet bar- Dirty Martini anyone?
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. Stainless steel appliances throughout include a Gaganeau electric range with 4 burners and oven, SubZero refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8. Skip the kitchen and fire up the natural gas grill located right in your private backyard.

The Empire Polo Grounds is about 15 minutes away, and Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.

Fantastic family home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay and this house definitely grew on us! Incredible neighborhood and absolutely beautiful view. Pool was fantastic although there were a couple issues learning how to keep it heating, cooling and filtering properly. Loved the mid century decor and beds were very comfortable.

The photos of the pool and the expansive backyard do not do the property justice. The location of this house right off the golf course is stunning. Lemon trees and grapefruit trees line the yard providing fresh fruit and fantastic cocktail mixers for guests. The house was lovely with a great flow and each room was comfortably appointed. This house was a slice of heaven and makes for a wonderful adult getaway.
