Desert Court Dreams is a privately gated, 1.25 acre compound with all the amenities you want on vacation! Pool, infinity edge spa, pickleball court, putting green, plenty of lounge chairs, firepit and outdoor dining. The interior is spacious and modern at 4200 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. It has walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, a fabulous kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. With plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, this estate is the perfect combination of comfort, recreation, and entertainment.
Outdoors, the massive yard is walled and gated for privacy and is your own private resort. It features a custom pool and spa with tanning shelf and infinity edge, surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and other seating options. The fun continues on the pickleball court, the 5-hole putting green, or with some cornhole! Relax in the evenings in the outdoor living room with fire pit and heaters.
The open concept floorplan has over 4200 square feet to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has comfortable seating and looks out to the pool yard. The gourmet kitchen features high end appliances, gas range, double ovens, and ample counter space. Indoor dining seating for 28 - at the oversized island with 6 seats, second island for 6, kitchen table for 4, and formal dining room for 8. Fabulous bar with prep island and sink, wine fridge and seating for 4. Media room with seating and a TV.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a beautiful soaking tub and shower. Attached salon with 2 chairs, mirrors and sink. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. This bathroom has outdoor pool access. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and TV and uses the hall full bathroom with shower, adjacent next to the room.
Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 2 Queens. Sleeps 8-10. Parking for 6 cars.
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room.
Close to restaurants, golf, tennis, hiking and shopping. 2 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Tournament. 6 miles to world famous El Paseo shopping district, 8 miles to the festival grounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach. Or you can go directly to Interstate 10 and head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.

The house was amazing very specious and luxurious. The best outdoor space, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were all so nice and comfortable with all the amenities needed. We’ll definitely be back!

All day Pickleball
Desert Court Dreams is a fantastic place to stay in the Palm Springs area (Bermuda Dunes to be exact). The pickleball court is top notch, with pro style net and good playing surface. Pool and spa are great to use between games. And for more fun, there is cornhole and putting green. Nice cornhole bags, and enough for two complete games. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home Just As Pictured
We loved the home and backyard. We came for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament but didn't want to leave paradise (backyard). Amazing location for the tournament.

Perfect retreat in the desert
My family had a wonderful stay here. It was immaculate and welcoming. The home is very large and there is so much space to gather and yet have your own quiet space if wanted. The grounds are so spacious and fun. We spent most of our time outdoors playing pickleball and enjoying the beautiful view. The spa and pool are absolutely gorgeous and very large. This place was just the best for our family.
