Inspired by mid-century modern architecture, The Huntley House is located in an enclave of 18 iconic homes, set against a backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains in Indian Wells. Everything is brand new - chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms, and designer decor. The resort style yard has a private pool and spa, alfresco dining and gorgeous mountain views. Guests have exclusive access to the central common area, with a resort-style pool, landscaped pet friendly grounds, and manicured lawns with a citrus orchard. Situated within walking distance behind the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and 5 minutes to the El Paseo Shopping district.
The Huntley House is a newly built home that captures the desert modernism vibe - with its open concept floorplan and walls of glass. The great room has comfortable seating, huge smart TV, floor to ceiling sliders that open up to the poolside paradise. The chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, large center island with seating for 4, and is fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 8.
Outdoors features a sparkling pool with integrated spa, tanning shelf and lounge chairs. The built-in BBQ area has seating for 6 at the bar. Gas fire pit for those cool desert nights.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, en suite bath, flatscreen TV, mountain views and direct pool access. The bathroom has a large shower and beautiful soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and shower. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and en suite access to the Jack and Jill bath. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, and easy access to the full bath with shower in the hall.
