Fabulous vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful property with a group of 8 adults - life long friends in our 70s that regularly travel together. The home is huge. More than enough room for being together as a group for meals, sharing times, games, or just hanging out. Also plenty of space for 'alone' time if/when desired. Large well stocked kitchen - extra fridge in the bar too! The outside area was spectacular! Very large property, so pretty much no intrusion to or from neighbors - you pretty much can't see any of them anyways. Pool and spa were clean and warm. Outside seating was abundant, plenty of shade, a very cool gazebo, etc. Service by staff before our stay and during our stay was outstanding! We were told, and I do agree, that some of the property - house and externals - is dated (technology, some furniture, fixtures, etc.), but that in no way diminished our thorough enjoyment of our time there. We all agreed that we'd come back in a heart beat if we came back to the area! Any concerns or maintenance related issues that arose were quickly and effectively addressed. The sales staff were very easy and professional to work with. There is a very, very strict La Quinta City ordinance about noise that we were not made aware of before our arrival. We never had a problem, but I could see a dilemma with families with smaller kids, younger renters, etc. - something to be aware of and discuss with mgmnt company before renting.

We had a wonderful weekend! The place is very spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend this luxury home. The service was also fantastic and we appreciate the quick response from management for anything we needed.

Had a great time and would like to come back. The house is above what I expected. I get nervous when I see a La Quinta location, because the homes can be very close to each other, I feel like one has to whisper when outside to a avoid a noise violation. That is not the case here. The property has an enormous back yard and plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable about having conversation/ pool play, without disturbing neighbors . The pool is great and casita is a nice perk, with its own kitchen and pool table. Everything was awesome, was going to extend our trip however I picked this week out of 6 years to get a head cold. Recommend that you check this place out, its completely worth it.

Awesome weekend retreat

Place was absolutely perfect for our group of about 10 guys for a college reunion centered around golf and spending time enjoying the backyard at the house. We all enjoyed the outdoor space (particularly being in the pool while simultaneously watching the massive outdoor TV). There are so many cool areas to hang out outside, that we decided to eat at the house both nights. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

Great vacation house

The house was perfect for our group of dads and daughters. Large backyard and pool was fun for the girls and nice bbq set up and putting green was great for dads. House was well appointed with everything we needed. We would definitely rent the house again.

Girls Getaway

All 12 of us long time girlfriends had a GREAT time / stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and gorgeous, spacious back yard. Will be back!

Amazing and a dream come true

Amazing stay! Feels like a true vacation!

We had a bad experience with another rental and wanted to check out ASAP. We found Palo Verde Estate and Desert Luxury Estates, feels so lucky it was available! I called to confirm availability and the team was amazing! Helped us get all booked and communication was great as far as check in etc. The backyard is incredible, pool was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults 3 kids in the house. House is very clean, well equipped and comfortable! Beds were great! Layout works well for multiple families traveling together. Kitchen well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave. We are already looking for dates when we can come back! Highly recommend this home for your next trip to the desert! The team at Desert Luxury Estates was fab and we will use them again as well!

Nice stay at Palo Verde Estate

We enjoyed our stay at Palo Verde Estate. The house was plenty big for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, pillows and linens could use an update. Be advised if you need to use the casita it just has a wall A/C unit, so did not get very cool in the extreme hot weather we had. Pool has a decent amount of shade around it. This time of year the palm trees really drop everywhere so it was hard to keep the water clean. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay!

Palo Verde Estate "Girls Trip"

Lovely house, with beautiful decor. We had an enjoyable stay with plenty of space to spread out. Fantastic pool. Easy to use pool features, loved the fountains. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of appliances. Access and entry was very easy. Garage was spacious. We appreciated that the house was extremely clean.

Family get away

Beautiful home and lovely backyard was perfect for our family getaway of 6 grandkids and 7 adults. Lots of board games to play and pool table too. Citrus fruit trees and large grass areas to enjoy. Pool was where we spent most of our time and loved having shade throughout the day. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Putting green was fun. House had everything we needed and was super clean. Sad part we just got used to knowing where everything was and it was time to leave. Hope to be back one day.

Amazing peaceful retreat with endless spaces to connect and unwind with friends. We arranged a private chef and in-home yoga/meditation, both of which were fantastic and really enhanced our experience of the property.

Awesome House

Beautifully decorated, great beds, kitchen is very well equipped, 3 dishwashers, all appliances are brand new kitchen aid, huge cook top and oven, microwave, warming drawer, ice maker, wine cooler, two sinks. We cooked in a good bit and couldn't find anything that the kitchen lacked. The grounds are spectacular as is the pool area and hot tub. The master is huge and has two, yes two, full bathrooms, each with its own potty, large soaking tub, shower, huge dressing area and closet. There are so many sitting areas that it was impossible to use all of them. We will definitely consider this house again when in the Laquinta area with 4 couples.
