The immaculate interior has over 5000 square feet of living space, gourmet kitchen, theater, library, and five luxury bedroom suites.
The expansive 2.5 acre grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time. It has a sparkling pool and spa and tanning shelf, full size tennis court with additional pickleball lines, a built in BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating options.
The interior has an open concept floorplan with a striking double-sided fireplace intersecting the living and dining rooms, and walls of glass that open the house up to the back yard poolside paradise. The stunning chef's kitchen has high end appliances, a gas range, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The large kitchen island has seating for 6, and the dining room has seating for 10.
The luxurious Primary Suite is extremely private and has a King bed, TV, and double doors out to the pool. The en suite bathroom has custom lighting, a soaking tub, huge shower, smart toilet, and walk-in closet. Each additional bedroom suite has a King bed, and private en suite bath. The 5th suite is located in the Guest House. It has a King bed, en suite bathroom, living area with sofa and TV, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker and other essentials.
