Around the other side of the house there is a kid’s climbing structure and more seating.

The fabulous interior has a spacious open concept floor plan, walls of glass and big midcentury vibes. The living area has plenty of seating, TV, fireplace and views out to the pool as well as the courtyard atrium. The dining area has a retro stone wall and light fixture to add some glamour to your dinners and the dining table seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and four seats at the bar.

The Master Suite is beautifully styled and has a King bed and flatscreen TV. The en suite bath has dual sinks, shower and exterior door to a private sitting area and the main yard. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the main yard and en suite bath with shower and tub. Suite 3 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a shower and tub. Bedroom 4 has 2 Double beds and sliding glass doors to the side yard. Bedroom 5 has 4 Twin beds and sliding glass doors to the side yard. They share easy access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub.

Grocery stores, coffee shops, and neighborhood conveniences are all close by, as well as spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis.
