Welcome to The Bird House in Rancho Mirage, California - a swanky poolside paradise! Situated on half an acre with fantastic resort-style amenities. Walled and gated for privacy with an expansive pool deck with infinity edge pool, spa, fabulous custom firepit, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and dining - plus ping pong, corn hole and croquet and a plush lower lawn area with a bocce ball court!
Open concept interiors with walls of glass take advantage of the stunning valley views. 3500 square feet with polished concrete floors, designer decor, high end fixtures and instagram moments around every corner. The great room has comfortable seating and gas fireplace and opens up to the dining room and fabulous chef's kitchen. It has stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops, a gas range and a large center island with seating for 5. The dining room has seating for 8.
The 4 luxury King bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms and their own unique theme. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully styled and has private access to the outdoors. The Master Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub. Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 4 is in the ultra private detached guest house. It features a King bed, flatscreen TV, en suite bath with shower and truly spectacular views from the wraparound sliders that full open up to the private deck.

Our other desert cities are all a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Palm Desert with the famous El Paseo shopping district, Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.

Everything worked great; the wifi, the music, the pool, the spa. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms stocked with toiletries. House was as advertized.
