Spring Break 2024

This is a gorgeous home, well laid out, maintained and prepared for a larger family. The functionality of the pool and hot tub is so easy. By far the easiest of many houses we have rented in La Quinta. Location is a bit far away, but not too bad with the roads. Rental company was easy to work with and responsive. It was a bit pricey, but a good home.

Wonderful open floor plan! Pool table in the living room was a big hit! Kitchen well equipped! Property was private with amazing sunrises.

This is my second time staying here. The management team is amazing- very easy to communicate with and responsive. The house is beautiful and very well maintain just like the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely home!

Tropicale was a beautiful home. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable as well. Beautiful open floor plan for larger parties. The photos also matched the home. I would definitely come back to stay here.

Such a perfect retreat to celebrate with friends! This home is beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Communication with Desert Luxury was effortless and they quickly responded to any question we had. 5 star all the way!

Tropicale PGA -January 2023

We loved this house. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen was nice and big – in fact the large family room and kitchen area gave us all space to work. The outside is wonderful too – with a large table for either work or gathering along with a more private area to watch TV. The little things are important at this house – as noted, the beds were wonderful, but so were the linens. High end appliances with all the supplies/utensils to cook on a daily basis. Plenty of chairs outside for all to enjoy, they do not charge outrageous fees to heat the pool or spa and even reimbursed us for items we purchased without asking. As is normal, we had an issue or two, but here is where Desert Luxury Estates really shines. They were quick to handle any issue, no matter how small or big we had. Al was at our house a few times and always there with a smile – we even got a visit from Paul! Highly recommend this company and the house! Note - we were 5 adults working daily and 2 college kids that came during break. Thanks again for a wonderful trip to LaQuinta!

This is by far the best home we have stayed in at PGA West. House was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Backyard was spacious and the pool was perfect! Cant wait to come back here again!

This place is great! We had 10 people in our group (2 kids and an infant) and still thought the house was huge. Almost every room has its own bathroom apart from one near the master bedroom. There’s even a room separated from the house which was perfect for my family since we have a baby on a sleeping schedule. She couldn’t hear a thing from that room. The pool was nice, with neat options like small fountains and a color-changing light. There’s lots of space inside and in the backyard for social distancing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tropicale is a Well Appointed Paradise

beautiful, large, 5 bedroom house with 2 living rooms and 1 completely separate casita. Great golf course view, protected from foul balls, beautiful pool and outdoor BBQ. the kitchen is fabulously appointed. Beds are very comfortable and sheets were excellent. We really loved the house and it was perfect for a family reunion. DLE was great and responsive, we ordered food and massages and they were able to let the drivers into the gate at a moments notice. cant say enough great things about this home. we would love to rent it again. Will certainly be back--perfect for a family gathering! Thank you for such a memorable time with our family!

Beautiful setting on the golf course. Pool and spa were great. Plenty of lounge chairs. Loved the pool table in the LR. Citrus trees in the backward were in bloom and grapefruit was great. Wonderful place.

This property is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The property pictures and descriptions are spot on. All amenities are high end including a spacious kitchen, very comfortable sitting areas and all bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The outside area is exceptional - great golf course and mountain views while enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Desert Luxury Estates is responsive in all communications and check in was very easy.

If you’re looking for a rental home at PGA West this is an excellent option. Easy check-in/check-out.
