The home and landscaping are beautiful, with lots of room to spread out, both inside and outside, and the views over the valley are amazing. The property is on the edge of the desert, with excellent hikes just a short walk or drive. There were 7 adults, and we each had our own room. We really enjoyed the property. There are lots of places to lounge, eat and play.

We had a month long stay at Sierra Vista and loved it. The house and yard is very spacious and well laid out. The amenities including the pool, spa, pickleball court, were big hits for our group. We had very few issues and they were addressed by the managers. Would love to stay here again.

My college buddies and our ever-growing families have been hosting yearly reunions at desert vacation rentals for fifteen years. While it has become increasingly challenging to find accommodations for a dozen+ adults and assorted young children, La Paz Estate was absolutely perfect for a long weekend and the value was well worth the price when comparing accommodations for groups our size. The property had everything we've come to expect (and more) and didn't feel like anything was lacking. Multiple sleeping options (main house, guest house, casita) really helped us spread out singles, couples, and families so that everybody was able to have an enjoyable and personalized experience. Proximity to the Living Desert Zoo and Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains National Monument was fantastic for families to easily get away for quick excursions. The Tesla charger in the garage was a surprise bonus and came in handy! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just stayed for a week at the Banana Cabana with our two adult sons. Stylish house, very comfortable and clean, well stocked, backyard is gorgeous. We loved spending time there. My only negative comment: it is on a very busy road and near a busy intersection. Traffic dies down from about 10 to 3 but busy otherwise and despite being in the backyard, you do hear it. Otherwise wonderful.

Property was beautiful. Loved the pools. Loved the house. What I didn’t like: Showers weren’t positioned properly. The dryer, I complained about it, and it took a while for someone to come out. It was fine after appliance man.

House is fine and the location is good. Nice, but some small things are annoying and should be addressed.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for the entire month of January, and it exceeded all our expectations. As two families, each with two kids, including a college junior and three recent graduates who needed to work remotely (in addition to all the adults), finding a comfortable and functional space was essential. This house provided everything we needed and more. Plus, Desert Luxury Estates, as always, will go above and beyond to ensure the house is stocked and any and all repairs are handling immediately. Eric from Desert Luxury Estates maintenance treated the home like it was his own. First and foremost, the house has stunning décor with amazing lighting and incredible faux plants everywhere. The spacious layout of the property allowed each family to have their own privacy while still enjoying ample communal spaces. The common areas, including the living room and dining area, were perfect for gatherings and family meals. Two family rooms with two separate TVs were a nice touch as well. The bedrooms (all with private baths except the bunk bedroom) were well-appointed, offering comfortable beds and plenty of storage (note the casita was lacking a dresser drawer) for our belongings. The kitchen was another standout feature of the property. Modern, high-end appliances and two huge islands to accommodate the cooks and the remainder of the guests. Well stocked with both acrylic and china serving ware and the majority of the utensils needed for daily cooking. The outdoor area had ample seating, barbecue area, two pub tables, two loungers and two settees with amazing views of the mountains. Due to the hedge, the pool did lose sun around 3:30-4:30. The pool was only one depth, approximately 5’ 5 inches. The waterfall and lights added incredible ambiance. The fire pit was a hug draw for us, but the design of the space is too big to feel the heat. In addition, due to rain, the unit flooded. Desert Luxury Estates immediately replaced the unit with a propane tank but the same issued remained. The neighborhood was extremely close to downtown and numerous hiking options. The views were spectacular! Overall, our experience at this property was exceptional. From the beautiful special accommodations to the functional workspaces and fantastic outdoor amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and well-equipped retreat, whether for a short stay or an extended period like ours.
