We stayed for about a month and really enjoyed the property. Amazing views of the mountains, great open floor plan and natural light. Very comfortable beds and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our two month stay at Bellerive. The DLE staff was great every step of the way. We loved the location of the house and went for lots of long walks in the neighborhood. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard, pool, and hot tub were AMAZING.

Great getaway. We had a great time and were able to accommodate guests since there are 5 ensuite bedrooms. The back yard was fantastic, great pool and hot tub. Everything in the house seemed to be in working order. Nice location close to some restaurants and easy access to the freeway. 20-25 minutes to PSP. Approximately 15 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Closer to the retail areas of Palm Desert and La Quinta.

Modern Mesa is a magical experience! A gracious and spacious home, a private Casita with Kitchen, and a spectacular pool, hot tub, and fire pit in a very private and beautiful resort like setting. Desert Luxury Estates and the owner terrific to work with. A beautiful home and outdoor setting! A true find!

We loved the home; really fun vibe with the Tiki theme. Our experience with Desert Luxury was first class and professional. They were very responsive, the home was immaculate and professionally designed. We loved staying there so much we did not want to leave! We had a few windy days and the pool guy came three times. We needed to extend our stay and Desert Luxury was helpful and reasonable with pricing. On our next trip to Palm Springs we will definitely use Desert Luxury again.

The home is very modern and nicely, if basically, appointed in blacks, grays, and whites. It is located with a spectacular southwestern/western view of Coral Mountain and the Santa Rosa Mountains. The house is spacious and comfortable. The all-tile flooring makes it a bit echo-ey at times. The pool and spa are large enough for multiple people to play or soak at the same time. The kitchen has basic appointments but could benefit from a few more implements and tools for the more professional-type chefs. All of the sliding glass doors open to create an inside/outside effect that links up the indoor living room with the outdoor California room. Be sure to get into Old Town La Quinta for a visit if you can. Farmers' Market Sunday mornings from 8-2 is worth checking out.

Rising Sun

Rising Sun turned out to be even better than we’d hoped—exceeding our expectations on every level. Our group had a lot of golfers in it and so being as close as we were to (excellent and accessible) public golf courses was a huge plus. And of course, having a putting green on the property was just awesome! We all loved everything about the house. Incredibly nice neighborhood and easy access to downtown. A+ exterior spaces—pool, hot tub and seating/sun chaises were ideal and the views were outstanding. Roomy spaces, really great open floor plan/layout. Plenty of areas to gather comfortably or to have some privacy when wanted. The interior design was not only luxe and attractive but also very comfortable. Immaculately clean which was especially important to our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was just the right kind of house for an extended stay— not at all designed “like a rental” and as a result, we felt completely at home. It even had a big garage and tons of storage – though we didn’t really need either. This was our 3rd time doing a VRBO/AIRB&B nearby and no doubt, this is the very best of what Palm Springs has to offer. Highly recommend!!
