A beautiful house, that is spacious and modern! The pool and hot tub were amazing, along with a wonderful bar/grilling area. The kitchen was huge with a lot of open gathering space, eating space and kitchen utensils (coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc). Towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap were in every bathroom. A lot of refrigerators throughout the house! We really enjoyed being in this space together!

We enjoyed our stay at the Greg Norman Estate. The pool and hot tub are what make it so nice, overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. If you are in for a quiet location, it is tucked away in a safe gated community amongst other beautiful homes. If you are interested in going to restaurants in Palm Desert or places along El Paseo, it is a 30 min drive each way, and it's 45 min from the airport in Palm Springs. Desert Luxury Estates was wonderful in answering my calls/questions and very accommodating. The memories we made spending time together eating, swimming, playing pool, sitting by the outdoor fire, and relaxing will last forever!

We rented Tiki Grove for 7 weeks and it was great! We have rented over 40 houses all over and this would be in our top 5! If we return to the area we certainly would consider renting this home again.

Fresh off a renovation, there were a few things that were deemed "not renter ready", but overall this home was comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and very well appointed. We appreciated the attention to detail in supplying quality kitchen and bath wares, as well as quality bedding and linen considerations. Having stayed in the neighborhood consecutive years prior, we knew we would enjoy the location. While vagueness in the listing language created tension on arrival, we came to accept there was no use allowed of the driveway or garage, and that we would not have use of the newly constructed spa which was not yet completed. We enjoyed every other aspect of the home and the prompt service delivered by the staff of management, when needed, was exemplary.

We had a great stay at Exotic Tropics! The house, pool and property are immaculate and there’s a wonderful, fun and happy vibe to the place. We enjoyed the many MCM design elements, and whimsical touches such as the artwork by the Palm Springs artist, Shag. A great place for hanging out and relaxing by the pool or as a base for exploring all that Palm Springs has to offer. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped property. The mid-century modern design and decor are wonderful with many colourful and quirky accents. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the hummingbirds that visited daily. It is close to the airport, downtown dining and many of the Coachella Valley attractions. There is some noise from planes arriving and leaving. It was also quite gusty at times, not unusual for this part of Palm Springs and March.

We had a great trip to Palm Springs and our stay at Martini Modern was fantastic. It's a big, roomy, well located house with a great pool and spa. The folks at Desert Luxury Estates made our stay a breeze. They were incredibly helpful and we will certainly be working with them again.
