The house is very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the hedge between the house and the neighbor homes has grown up/filled in and the pool area is very private from the next door neighbors. Something we hadn't expected. Other than that the house is exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the view of the golf course and the hills. It was lovely. The house is well equipped as is the kitchen. We appreciated having a dining table that would seat 10 for dinner as we had friends over one evening. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, bedding, throws, etc. to make everyone very happy. I am only giving 4 stars as the 2 car garage which should have been available to us (the house has 3 garages) wasn't. (We were provided with 2 garage door openers - one for each side of the 2-car garage) The owner's golf cart was parked in one of the spots, so we were not able to bring both of our cars out of the weather. We did mention this to the otherwise very responsive folks at Desert Luxury Estates and they were unable to find a way to resolve the issue with the homeowner (possibly the other garage was full). So if parking is an issue for you - ask first. We would have understood if we had been allowed to use the golf cart, but it was not included. Fortunately we were able to get by with only space for 4 cars to park.

This property is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The property pictures and descriptions are spot on. All amenities are high end including a spacious kitchen, very comfortable sitting areas and all bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The outside area is exceptional - great golf course and mountain views while enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Desert Luxury Estates is responsive in all communications and check in was very easy.

Great place to stay! We had a wonderful weekend at this property! It’s beautiful to wake up to the golf course and mountain views. The pool and spa were super easy to use. The master bdrm and bath is very nice.

We really enjoyed our month stay at the Mountain View Retreat home. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is truly a private oasis. We would definitely recommend to stay.

We rented this house for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 12 adults and we had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size to accommodate everyone, allowing us to spread out and for each couple to have their own space. The pool, sprawling backyard, volleyball court, and game room were all a hit. The guys left to golf in the morning, but otherwise this house provided enough entertainment for us for our entire weekend stay. The one quirk was that the oven knob didn’t specify temperatures but instead had a range of low to high. After spending a while trying to figure it out, I think the knob was replaced with a burner knob instead of an oven knob. The house was clean and in excellent condition. We also enjoyed the fact that the house didn’t have any neighboring properties. We’ve stayed at many places in the desert before where we’ve received noise complaints from having music on during the daytime surrounding the pool at a low volume— with no neighbors, you don’t have to worry about that here! I highly recommend booking this house for your large group— you won’t be disappointed.
