My 4-year-old son gave our stay two thumbs up! He said his favorite part of Palm Springs was the pool and the house and his not favorite part was leaving. LOL. I loved hearing that since this is why I chose this rental house in the first place: the house, the private pool and the treehouse was an extra fun touch! I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday with a family weekend getaway. Since the pandemic we needed a break and my son needed to swim swim swim. Out of all the places I researched I also chose this house because it was a mix of mid-century modern for my husband and kid friendly for our toddler and newborn. Plus it had great reviews. We spent the whole time at the pool and the baby also stayed cool under the canopy, which is also why I chose this place. We were greeted with a welcome card on the dining table, fresh flowers a wonderful fruit display...with a pineapple! That was perfect because mama drank virgin pina coladas all weekend. The only reason I put 4 starts for communication was because I needed to know how and if they upgraded their cleaning and sanitizing procedures since the pandemic and I didn't hear back soon enough to book, but I booked anyways before I heard back because I loved the place so much. They did get back to me and not only did the place look and feel safe and sanitized they left a lysol wipes for us, the guests! This is a wonderful getaway spot and I highly recommend it and since we live in Los Angeles we definitely want to be back.

During these times of the COVID-19 pandemic, this home was the perfect place to host a girls getaway, while feeling safe and enjoying all of the amenities while staying home. Everyone loved the accommodations and would like to stay here again.

This place was amazing. From the time we checked in to the time we left we had a blast. Location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. We were worried that the pictures wouldn't reflect the condition of the property but it was even nicer than the pictures. Would definitely recommend renting this place

Very clean, neat, and welcoming. Very charming and better than the pictures. Backyard is great. Pool is huge, loaded with floaties. Our kids had a blast. Location on a busy street wasn't really an issue. We could hear some street noise, but the backyard still felt like an oasis. Bedrooms are quiet with blackout curtains. We would come again!

My friends and I stayed at this home for a getaway weekend, and this place is seriously incredible. The place was super spacious with an incredible master bedroom and bath (all of the rooms were wonderful though). The kitchen was huge and had literally everything we needed to cook all sorts of meals at home. Last but not least - the POOL! Wow. The pool was amazing and huge and the spa was excellent too. We brought a bunch of floaties with us, but we also saw lots of floaties in the garage available for use too. The golf course on the back side of the house by the pool was beautiful too - we saw many shooting stars (rare for us folks living in the city)! The stay was perfect. It was a bit of longer taxi ride from the PSP airport, but this house was SO worth it.

Thanks for such an unforgettable weekend birthday for my mom! The small touches like fruits on the table and plenty of water in the fridge was nice and thoughtful! Had the pleasure of checking in with the owner himself, he was so kind and showed me around the grounds. The pictures really don't do justice, my family and I felt like we were at a resort, the house had a real good vibe and it was perfect for a getaway weekend. The kitchen is fully stocked with ALL the appliances and kitchenware you need, I cooked all weekend and it was more than enough to cook with ease. (margarita glasses, a blender, toaster, outdoor grill, the whole shabang! ^_^) The pool, tree house, fire pit, and hot tub were spot on! Literally so much to do to keep yourself entertained with good company. The house decoration was so cute as well and the Banana Cabana theme made it fun, as well as the amazon prime alexa speakers lol Very clean and made it easy for us to feel safe during the pandemic, was able to wash and dry some clothes as well. Overall an amazing and unforgettable experience! So glad it was available for us! We will be back!!! Thank you again for the warm welcome! :)

This place is a Palm Springs DREAM COME TRUE. Highly recommend for anyone needing an escape! Great for a small group who are looking for a private pool, luxurious kitchen and thoughtful touches. This house has it all!

The house is great. Actually better than the photos. Great views of the mountains and in a gated community. No complaints about the house. It is well maintained. It is about 8 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, but feels much more secluded than that.
