The Beachcomber

This house was perfect for our large family group. Lots of space to be together and lots of space to be alone. Pool, sauna, yard games and two game room areas were a plus and enjoyed by all. Easy to get to and well located for tennis, golf, shopping, dining and hiking. Another plus was that it was an easy walk to the dog park. Would recommend this place and would also come again.

Good Vibrations

If anything the place is better than the pictures, everything has been thought of. It’s great proximity to everything, but in a quiet side road, there are sidewalks to walk to shops and Starbucks! The house is immaculate, very comfortable and the outside as amazing as it looks. Our first time in Palm Springs definitely won’t be our last, really helpful and friendly community and we loved our stay, the house is a dream.

Such a relaxing enjoyable home to spend a week. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped to cook any meal. Pool and hot tub were heated and easy to operate. The guest house with the pool table and large TV plus comfy sofa and chairs made the trip!!

Bella Vida

5 of 5

We were so happy to be able to spend time at Bella Vida. It was a wonderful and comfortable vacation house with beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. The interior is spacious, light filled, and beautifully appointed. The outdoor space was the perfect place to spend our days (and evenings), with lots of afternoon sun, a heated pool and spa, plenty of seating options and a gas fire pit. (Plus, a grapefruit tree bearing fruit!) We also appreciated the modern technology: fast, reliable WiFi, new Sony Smart TVs with some streaming services logged in, and a multi-room Sonos audio system throughout the property. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with lots of pool towels (and even a few toys in the garage). The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking, boasting a well appointed set of cookware, appliances, utensils, serving-ware, and glassware. The large dining table worked well for sharing meals, though our kids found the chairs a bit uncomfortable. The property is located in a quiet community with friendly neighbors, but it's a drive to get anywhere. Grocery stores and restaurants in La Quinta aren't too far away, but getting in and out of PGA West takes a little time. Overall, we loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return! The pictures do a great job of representing the house, though I will say it felt a lot larger in person than it looks.

Joplin House

Away from downtown Palm Springs, but in a great location for hiking. The home allows a lot of privacy for families/friends. During Covid this was an added advantage. Four of the five bedrooms have bathrooms and the fifth bedroom has to use a small bathroom off the kitchen/laundry room which was not convenient. Large Pool area was nice.

Bellerive

The house was beautiful and the location right on the golf course was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A few things that could be improved were the stained carpets, dirty outdoor furniture, and landscaping in need of care. We had a problem with wifi for a few days, but the management was helpful in fixing it. Overall, it was a good home and we really enjoyed our stay!

We spent Christmas week at this beautiful house in La Quinta, all ten of us (ranging in age from 12 to 80) and we enjoyed our stay very much. Gorgeous house and community, beautiful pool/spa with nice view of golf course. All top notch. Multiple fire places in various rooms & casita makes it extra cozy in this holiday season. A few minor things that need replacing like the cheap faucet in kitchen & oven/stove need refurbishment. Also patio fountain didn’t work, but still looked pretty. Some of the furniture needs replacing, a little worn. However, 99% of this house checked all the boxes for our big family. We loved it and would be happy to return to it any time!

Parasol

Parasol was a great property for our family of eight at the holidays. All had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each others' way. The hot tub was enjoyed mightily by all!!! The kitchen and island were perfect for family meals and gatherings. Overall, just a wonderful place!!

The house was magnificent with amazing views. DLE could not have been better or more prompt in sorting out the few issues we had at the house. The house is large, well appointed, and with a great kitchen. We all look forward to returning!

We had an amazing and memorable Thanksgiving and this was the perfect home for our families. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make a our thanksgiving feast. We loved the common areas. The swivel chairs in the living room were so cozy and comfortable that everyone wanted to sit in them. The location is perfect and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are also nice tennis courts in the neighborhood which was a pleasant surprise.

Lakehouse at Bighorn

5 of 5

An incredibly functional home for extended stay in Bighorn, which is extremely unusual; no one rents their place here. We found the neighbors surprisingly friendly and got to know quite a few of them during our month long stay. Be careful, Bighorn will totally spoil you for anyplace else.
