True mid century modern feel and even the wacky interior colors work in this setting. Everything works, and the host is extremely responsive. Con: If you are a light sleeper bring your favorite ear plugs as the planes taking off above your head from the nearby palm springs international will wake you up.

Loved everything about this house, with the exception of the stocking of the kitchen. Everything was exactly as pictured. Pool/spa were relaxing and wonderful. They were heated to be enjoyed in winter. Bright and airy with fun artistic touches that made us happy. Mattresses were comfortable and pillows were GREAT. Bath towels were high quality. It's tucked back in a small, tranquil neighborhood. "Everything" is no more than a 5-12 minute drive away. You will hear the airplanes, but we weren't bothered by them.

Beautiful home and fit our big family perfect. Tons to do with pool, Jacuzzi, putting green and fire pit. Gated community so felt very safe and we were treated like we lived there by gate attendant. Water wasn’t getting warm and they sent someone quickly to fix. Great management company, very friendly and helpful with things to do in the area. Great location, lots of beautiful golf courses and places to eat and shop all close. Will be coming back for sure.

Our large extended family had a wonderful time with endless activities on this five-acre property, and hope to return often. The lighted tennis court was in great shape, as was the Pickleball court. We were surprised and delighted to find a batting cage and beach volleyball court with real sand. The lake is really a pond, so we did not get around to using the paddle boards and kayaks; maybe next time! The pool is enormous and more than adequately heated for a cool winter day. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar, eating and fireplace area which is large and yet cozy at night. Inside the house is spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, cushy beds, lovely bathrooms, and a large kitchen plus butler's pantry. There is also a home theater and game room. It seems to go on forever with patios off bedrooms and balconies inside and out. The small gym was nonetheless very well equipped and we enjoyed using it daily. The villa/estate requires a lot of maintenance, and is aging, so we had to call for some basic kitchen tools, and some minor repairs and maintenance. Desert Luxury Estates was immediately responsive to our every request. I highly recommend this company and this beautiful, impressive property.

House is great. Large enough for our large family. We had two issues that were immediately responded to by Desert Luxury Estates. The house itself is awesome. We took lots of walks as a family and the community is stunning. Golf on the Greg Norman course was a real treat.
