The home was great. Exactly as pictured and everything worked well. It was fully stocked, comfortable beds and so much to do. We cooked most nights and really enjoyed the outdoor bbq area & pool. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family vacation.

My family stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute. The location just north of El Paseo was perfect for walking, shopping, and driving to Palm Springs and Indian Wells. Inside, the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the house has a living room and family room for spreading out. Outside, we loved the pool, hot tub, putting green and ping pong tables. The pool gets sun all day - there are 4-5 umbrellas to escape the heat. We had 6 people on the wifi at one time and it was fine. We will be back - thank you Modern Oasis for a great getaway.

Beach Dunes Estate offered a relaxing spring week for us and another family. Our teenagers fully enjoyed all the fun amenities. The views are truly beautiful & desert luxury estates had prompt replies to all our requests! We highly recommend Chef Tony to cook a few meals during your stay!

The website photos and advertisements don't do justice to the beauty of this property. The immaculately clean home was very spacious and was exactly what was needed for our retreat from reality. The management company was great and responsive to any and all inquiries. We are already planning our next get-away.

This house exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and excellent for a family retreat. The location looking at the mountains with a western exposure, makes for beautiful sunsets. The pool area is very conducive to family outdoor dinners. I had to work during our stay and the office was beautiful with a fantastic view. The decor is updated and really well done. I highly recommend.

The Hosts thought of everything. All the thoughtful labels made things easy to find and the home was equipped with everything we needed for adults, kids and dogs. The outside space was so fun with beautiful pool and games. Kids and adults loved the tree house.

This house, a perfect location close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs, is full of thoughtful and fun touches which made our stay comfortable and so much fun. Both indoor and outdoor spaces, from the treehouse to pool toys, to the various outdoor places to sit and relax during the day and at night, are carefully designed and appointed to invite guests to enjoy every second - which we did. The communication with DLE and the owner, who greeted us in person, was helpful and attentive.
