There are plenty of good things to say about this property and DLE. Tim and Alex were easy to communicate with and helpful. I had some concern initially with parking as all of my "busy" friends and family wanted to drive separate! Tim was accommodating and assured me of 2 garage spaces in addition to 4 in driveway. Turns out there is a third garage space as well, but I didn't get to ask if it was usable. Pros: - House is beyond beautiful, and has everything you need, plus some. 3 kings, 2 queens. Really felt like home after the first day. - 3 or 4 Sonos speakers to use throughout house and a pool table. - Great pool. AWESOME outdoor setup complete with hammock, BBQ (gas), plenty of seating, large table, darts, lounge chairs, grass area for games. - No issues with community rules and we were a large daytime group. My birthday getaway was a blast and we did not want to leave. Sunset views over the golf course - a must see.

Beautiful and spacious home. Master bedroom is big and comfortable. Other rooms are a smaller. Living room is comfortable as well. Pool and spa is very comfortable. There are extra chairs and pool floaters in the garage so that was a plus. Only thing I would say is that it is a quiet neighborhood so do respect the quiet time which unfortunately it's at 10PM. You can still be outside and talk/swim without being super loud. That should fly by. Overall I would recommend this home.

I booked this home for my sister's bachelorette party and it was perfect! Comfortable, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Better than I could have imagined! Close to El Paseo and 20 min to downtown Palm Spring. We'll be back for other events!

We loved this house! It's spacious and fits a large group comfortably. The bedrooms are large and quiet. The casita has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a decent size common area. The dining room and living room have lots of seating. We spent much of the time in the pool and when the sun went down we played tennis and basketball. The neighborhood is gated and quiet but it's close to restaurants and stores. Tim and his team were attentive and helpful if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Even with the hot weather, the house stayed cool and it was fun and refreshing to hang out in the pool to beat the heat. The place was very clean and had all the kitchen amenities needed for our weekend (coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc). There are even floaties for the pool and lots of games provided by the property to keep you and your friends entertained. This is definitely a great place to stay!

Had an amazing stay with friends and family. I will definitely be planning a trip back there! The house was equipped with everything we needed or could think of. We loved all the games the house included such as darts, poker, horse shoes etc. We had an unforgettable weekend and will definitely be coming back. The only issue we had was not being able to find the grill scraper. Other than that everything went smooth.

A+ house!! We absolutely loved it. What a fantastic place and the perfect getaway vacation home. The photos are extremely accurate of the house - it's has a very open floor plan and a spacious outside area. We spent lots of time outside in the pool and hot tub. Everything around the home is clean and well maintained, and there are instructions on how to operate all electronics, which was super helpful. The hosts truly thought of every little detail. We look forward to renting this home again very soon!!
