This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,350 square foot home captures the desert modernism vibe - with its iconic roofline, clerestory windows, post and beam ceilings, open concept floorplan and walls of glass. The resort style yard has a private pool and spa surrounded by 8 lounge chairs, an extensive Koi pond with waterfalls and a peaceful lounge area, old growth trees, outdoor kitchen and living area, alfresco dining and mountain views. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely walkable. When you venture out, you're walking distance to all the fun of El Paseo - it's the perfect desert getaway!

Outdoors, the yard is walled and gated for privacy and has all the amenities you want on vacation. Sparkling saltwater pool with tanning deck and integrated spa surrounded by 8 lounge chairs. Outdoor kitchen with a built in BBQ, side burner, dishwasher and sink with bar seating for 2. Outdoor dining table with seating for 8. Relax on the elevated Guest House deck overlooking the tranquil Koi pond with waterfalls, lounge chairs and mature trees.

Indoors the great room has comfortable seating, big screen TV, fireplace, walls of glass and clerestory windows letting the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 10.

Each of the bedrooms is beautifully styled and has private access to the outdoors. The Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bath, flatscreen TV, living area as well as direct outdoor access. The bathroom has a shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a King bed (or 2 Twins), TV, fun historic newspaper clippings of the original Holiday House, and a private outdoor sitting area with mountain views. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, TV and outdoor patio with mountain views. They share easy access to the hall bathroom with shower and another full bathroom off the Master that has a combo tub/shower. Suite 4 is in the Guest House. It has a private bedroom with a King bed, TV, doors to the deck and bathroom with shower. The Guest House living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, kitchenette and small dining table.

Sleeping Summary: 3 Kings (1 King can convert to 2 Twins), 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 1 Queen Airbed. Sleeps 12.

Tucked away in the heart of South Palm Desert, this swanky home is just minutes to El Paseo with its world class restaurants and shopping. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open, the Amex Golf Tournament in La Quinta or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
