Absolutely Beautiful Home!

The Martini Modern is a beautiful home with beautiful views. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. They provided information on the local area, things to do and places to see each which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Very lovely Home!

Comfortable and Spacious. Beautiful décor though out the home. Modern kitchen was well appointed so we stayed in many nights and cooked beautiful meals. Beds were all very comfortable. Would love to come back!

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Martini Modern. For us its location was perfect, as it meant we could, heat permitting, walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars etc., The house is fitted internally to a very high standard. We were only a party of 2 however, friends did come for a weekend visit and then also enjoyed the house. There were a few teething troubles, which were very quickly resolved by Desert Luxury Estates. We highly recommend this house.

Fantastic house

We had a great trip to Palm Springs and our stay at Martini Modern was fantastic. It's a big, roomy, well located house with a great pool and spa. The folks at Desert Luxury Estates made our stay a breeze. They were incredibly helpful and we will certainly be working with them again.

Martini Modern - Great living space in a great location

Fit our needs perfectly for a family group needing four bedrooms and an accessible location to hiking and downtown Palm Springs by foot or car.

We enjoyed our time at this property- grounds and house are beautiful and perfect location. Walkable to trails and restaurants/stores.

This house was perfectly situated in a quintessential neighborhood of Palm Springs, exactly where I wanted to be: against the mountain & walking distance to town & near the airport. It also had enough space & bedrooms for all of us “adults” to be very comfortable.

We had a super stay at this beautiful modern home. The location is perfect- close enough to walk to great restaurants & shops on Palm Canyon Drive and great hiking trails are within a short walk. The house is spacious and comfortable and our group of 6 friends had a lovely time at the Martini Modern.

We went with couple friends and loved this House! Very spacious and the rooms were separate enough to have good privacy. Fully stocked kitchen and the pool and view were amazing.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Martini Modern. Perfect place for 7 adults since we could all have our own space. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was spacious and perfect for a game night. So glad we could park in the garage on a very hot weekend!

Excellent layout of the house and very well stocked. Easily could have two or three families or couples staying comfortably. The appliances and grill are upgraded quality. The house is quiet and neighborhood as well. From the back yard pool area, one cannot see any neighbors or homes. Complete privacy. The location is excellent. In good weather, can walk or short bike ride to restaurants and shops. Short car or Uber to grocery store. We loved our stay and will book again.

The home is nice and comfortable. The location is excellent to downtown PS. The beds were comfortable. But the home could use some updates and TLC.

The neighborhood, the views, the proximity to downtown, we couldn’t have asked for better. Very much enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with 7 other girls for a bachelorette party. The house was incredible. It was everything we could have needed/wanted and more. The location was perfect as well. Very close to everything. We ubered quite a lot but easily could have walked if we needed to. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our first time to Palm Springs, and we loved our stay here! We spent much of our time enjoying the back yard, which is private and gorgeous, with lovely mountain views. It is a great place for relaxing and eating meals, and the saltwater pool is a very comfortable temperature. I would recommend goggles and water shoes for kids, as the salt can bother their eyes and the walls of the pool are a bit rough and scraped the kids' toes a little. The location is pretty ideal. It is very quiet and calm, but just a short walk or drive into the heart of downtown. It's also about a 2 minute walk to the start of a very nice hiking trail up the mountains. We were able to hike multiple mornings because it was so convenient! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There is little we could have asked for to make our visit better. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at the home. It is well equipted, well maintained, and is in a fantastic location. Special thanks to Paul at Desert Luxury who was incredibly responsive to help us with a few things during our stay. Would 100% stay there again and would 100% recommend.

Nice home and yard with mountain views. Great location, walkable to downtown Palm Springs but very quiet. The property manager addressed any issues promptly.

A Bachelorette Dream!

We had the most amazing experience! The house had plenty of space and perfect layout for our group Of 8. The view of the mountain is picturesque as a backdrop in the beautifully maintained backyard. All the amenities we could have asked for!

The pictures on the site are beautiful but the house has a vibe that you have to experience to get. Between the placement of the bedrooms (each corner of the house) to the manicured backyard it’s almost magical! Everybody had their own space yet could all come together at the same time. Having rented over a dozen homes in Palm Springs this one truly is a luxurious experience! From the bedding to the towels you can feel the difference! We had a few first timers in the group to Palm Springs and the bar was raised high! And not to overlook the location of the home, walking distance to downtown or minutes in the car

House is big a beautiful! We would stay again. Just know if you are looking to blast music outside this home is not the place BUT if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the wonders of the desert in a beautiful home this is the place to do it!

This place was awesome! Everything was super clean and they had everything you could possibly need! All of the dishes and utensils were matching which I very much appreciate. There were plenty of towels and pool floats. The location was also super close to downtown! I will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean and perfectly situated for our visit. We honestly couldn't have picked a better place for our family. There are even alarms on most of the sliding doors which you can activate at night to give you peace of mind if you have little ones sleeping in their own bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property. Great Location.

We rented Martini Modern for a month for a change of scenery while we continued to work remotely. The house is beautiful with fantastic large living spaces, a gorgeous pool and yard, and a great location that allowed us to walk to downtown. We found a number of different spaces in the house where we could set up to work, and had no issues on the Wifi despite heavy use of Zoom / Teams video call meetings. During our stay the service company helped to arrange weekly housekeeping and also provided a list of local chefs, one of which we used to cook a special birthday dinner for the house. The ice maker in the freezer stopped working during our stay, but the service company provided bags of ice for our use until the parts for repair arrived and were installed. Overall we had a great month and really enjoyed our time.

Our recent return to Martini Modern

2nd stay at Martini Modern within the last four months. A great house in a terrific location, surrounded by top quality homes, and about one mile to downtown Palm Springs (an easy walk). House and backyard are real nice and very functional. Really well equipped, as there's everything you need there. Will stay there again on our next trip. Dealing with Desert Luxury Estates is an absolute pleasure as their staff is top quality and very attentive.
