The outdoors is split up into several different areas. Off the main house is the 80 foot pool, spa and firepit lounge area. Surrounded by chaise lounge chairs, tropical plants and mature cactus, it's a peaceful and private spot with a resort-like vibe. On the side of the main house you'll find a full size tennis court, basketball, putting green, bocce ball and horse shoes. Out beyond the guest houses is a mini polo field pasture. It is surrounded by a fruit orchard with Guava, Lemon, Pear, Pomelo, Avocado, Fig and Mango trees. The entrance to the ranch is flanked by a huge pasture filled with old growth Carob trees. There is also a triple garage, and horse barn with a usable stall. Off the main house is an alfresco dining area, with dining seating for 10, outdoor fireplace, regular BBQ and Traeger BBQ.

Inside the main house you'll find warm interiors with flagstone flooring and exposed beams. The windows look out to the pool, private seating nooks, tennis court, beautiful gardens, or mountains; depending which direction you look. The kitchen has an upscale farmhouse feel, with gas range, butcher block island, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 8. The first living area is intimate and has a fireplace, books, games and records. The media room has a big screen TV and step down wet bar.

The Main House has two of the Guest Suites. The Master Suite has a King bed, TV, fireplace and reading nook. The rustic, yet lavish en suite bath has a steam shower, bidet, soaking tub and outdoor shower surrounded by old growth plants. Suite 2 has two Twin beds and en suite bath with shower. Powder bath.

Guest House One has a comfortable common area with living room, TV and kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher and coffee setup. Private King bedroom with en suite bath and tub/shower. Guest House Two has a living room with TV and two pullout couches. The two private bedrooms have Double beds. All have easy access to the full bathroom with dual sinks and shower. The guest house leads to the barn that has a gym with a Pilates reformer, Elliptical, ballet barre and speed bag.

Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
