Peaceful and private, The Beachcomber is a 6 bedroom mini resort situated on over an acre in Rancho Mirage - and has all the amenities you want on vacation! Sparkling pool, spa, outdoor shower, beach volleyball, ping pong and plenty of poolside lounge chairs. The fun continues indoors with the game room including foosball and arcade games, as well as a mini gym and movie room. Gourmet kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms all add to the experience. It's the perfect place for living the good life!
The entire property is walled and gated for privacy. The private pool and integrated waterfall spa are surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas, hammocks under the stars and other seating options as well as an outdoor shower. There is outdoor dining for 8 and a propane BBQ. We brought beach volleyball to the desert, with a full sand court available for your own private match.
Indoors, the open concept floorplan provides plenty of space to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace and views out to the pool yard. The home is perfectly laid out, all you have to do is relax on the couch and admire the view! The dining room has seating for 8 and opens up to the gourmet kitchen with a range, coffee station, quartz countertops and high end appliances. Seating for 6 at the massive kitchen island. The media room has comfortable seating and a TV. The gaming areas have a TV, NBA Jam arcade game, foosball, ping pong and darts!
The Master retreat has a King bed, flatscreen TV and fireplace. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities, tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and fireplace. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and sliding doors to the pool. Bedroom 5 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and sliding doors to the pool. Jack n Jill full bathroom with a combo tub/shower is between Bedroom 4 & 5. Bedroom 6 has 2 Twin beds and a flatscreen TV. It also has en suite access to the hall bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels and a starter set of luxury Beekman soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Very private location tucked away in Rancho Mirage. Conveniently located near Sunnylands, the River at Rancho Mirage and Agua Caliente Casino. Restaurants, shops, theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are all close by. Our other desert cities are all a short drive. Palm Springs is 5 miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Palm Desert with the famous El Paseo shopping district, Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
Our properties come with pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking. Arrive to your home away from home and enjoy a fully stocked fridge and pantry. Your first day should be spent exploring...not standing in line at the grocery store. Ask for details!

Wonderful trip
We had plenty of room for the 11 of us. Pictures were exactly as shown. Needed one more bathroom though. Great outdoor play area and private backyard, but home is in the middle of nowhere without the beauty of mature landscaping.

Beachcomber by Desert Luxury's Estate was as advertised and was a great time! They were pretty flexible with my group in check in and they accommodated everything that we wanted. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the Palm Springs area and looking for any privacy but a house with a lot of amenities.

Amazing!!!
This home was absolutely amazing. Comfortable beds, super clean, great space for a group to hang by the pool, play volleyball, etc. I would only consider Desert Luxury Estates for any of my future desert visits. What a perfect place to stay.

Everything was great - house was clean , everything was in working order - there were enough beds to accommodate our 9 guests. The pool and hot tub were also in good working order - location was close to all amenities we required with our guests. Very enjoyable

The space was perfect. The pool and hot tub are small but lovely, the layout was great for groups and the kitchen is large. The volleyball court is maybe not great for volleyball as we kept hitting balls outside of the low walls but otherwise it was fantastic. The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable and the house itself was maybe 15 minutes from the main downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just wonderful
We stayed at the beachcomber with a group of 11 women and everyone was so comfortable! The beds we’re actually very comfortable! But the backyard was the real showstopper. Desert Luxury Estates was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi and we were very thankful for that. Quick 20ish minute drive to downtown Palm Springs as well.

Family Christmas
This house was perfect for our large family group. Lots of space to be together and lots of space to be alone. Pool, sauna, yard games and two game room areas were a plus and enjoyed by all. Easy to get to and well located for tennis, golf, shopping, dining and hiking. Another plus was that it was an easy walk to the dog park. Would recommend this place and would also come again.
