Perfect place for a family reunion!

This house is like having your own private resort! The rooms are spacious, the pool and tennis courts a great place to create gatherings for fun and competition (they set up two pickleball courts for us) and the kitchen is spacious and perfect for preparing meals to stay in and lounge around the house. The property management staff was very responsive throughout our stay. We would do it all over again!

Great place for small company event

Functional space allowed for multiple group sessions, conversations, etc. all in tandem, with larger spaces indoors and outdoors, when we needed all 22 people in the same location. Clean, light, airy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Finding the perfect venue for a large family reunion is no small feat. Our recent stay at the Delgado Estate was spectacular, making it the ultimate choice for our gathering of over twenty family members. Here’s a detailed look at why this stately mansion was the perfect spot for our big family event. Location & Ambiance: In the heart of the Coachella Valley, Delgado Estate offers a unique and breathtaking panoramic setting of the rugged landscape surrounding the home. The stark desert backdrop against the mansion’s luxury creates a genuinely awe-inspiring setting. Accommodations: The mansion’s spacious layout comfortably housed our large group. Each bedroom, designed for comfort and privacy, is tastefully decorated. The expansive primary suite, a private oasis, features a sauna and massage space. The multiple guest suites, equally impressive, offer plush bedding, en-suite bathrooms, and a sala between every two bedrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. Common Areas: The mansion boasts several common areas for relaxation and entertainment. The grand living room, with its high ceilings and large windows, and the media room, with extensive seating areas, provide perfect spaces for everyone to gather. The spacious gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line, multiple appliances, and two islands with plenty of space was a hit for family meal preparations. We also enjoyed the elegant dining area, providing enough seats for multiple family games. (We preferred dining at the casual table next to the kitchen since.) Outdoor Amenities: The Delgado Estate truly shines in the outdoor space, even under the hot desert sun. The expansive patio with strategically placed misters features stunning pools overlooking the tennis/pickleball courts, offering a refreshing retreat during the day. Although the water was warm rather than cool, we spent hours in the pool. (Although a built-in barbecue area was available, it was too hot to enjoy.) Night-time swimming and crack-of-dawn pickleball games became the focal point for our time outdoors. Entertainment & Activities: The mansion offers a six-plus-one-screen home theater system, a game room with a two-pool table, and a sound system, which we did not use since we provided our own. The digital nomads in the family appreciated the excellent WiFi. For relaxation enthusiasts, the dedicated space for massage is a thoughtful addition, catering to those seeking tranquility amidst the fun and ensuring a truly relaxing stay. Service & Hospitality: The level of service provided was exceptional. Cory was readily available on-site or by phone or text. He was attentive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. His assistance made our stay seamless and stress-free. Conclusion: The Delgado Estate is a remarkable venue that exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful home with a great pool.

Fantastic!

It is the absolute best house for our large Thanksgiving family reunion. Two swimming pools two Jacuzzis a Tennis Court, Pickleball court putting green all on the property is truly unbelievable.

It was an exquisite, luxurious experience for me and my guests. The setting was a dream.

This was our seventh Street here at the Delgado estate and it may have been the best ever. The house was in perfect condition the pools were warm and set and didn’t need to be touched throughout our five night stay. The tennis court and pickle ball court were in great shape and you also added the putting green which was enjoyed by all. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved.

Fantastic!

What a fantastic property with more than enough rooms for our party and a private tennis court. The kitchen was spacious so we could cook fabulous meals for our group and an outdoor grilling area fit for a master griller. We enjoyed all the outdoor space and surprisingly, with 7 families, didn't feel at all on top of each other. The kids swam in the pool for hours. We will absolutely stay again at the Delgado Estate. We really didn't want to leave.

I believe this was our six consecutive year at the Delgado estate and as always it was a wonderful time. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Experience

It was pure bliss and relaxation. The home is unbelievable and the amenities all contributed to a relaxing getaway. The house was clean and not heavily furnished. It was just right. The pools and jacuzzis were also well maintained and perfect temperatures. The Concierge was great and helpful and easy to deal with. I would recommend staying here to everyone!!!

Delgado Estate does not disappoint!

It was perfect for a family celebration with 31 in total. Even with 6 under 2 everyone had the best time. The home is well equipped and an easy place to relax and enjoy!

Overall a great stay. Very large and spacious. Loved the tennis court as well. The one drawback was the hot tubs. Both were not hot. We had many guests wanting to use them but couldn't accommodate.

The pics don’t do it justice. It is HUGE! Plenty of room and a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor. The showstopper of this home is the stunning pool area and newly updated kitchen. We will for sure be staying here again.

Awesome Vacation!!

We loved our stay at the Delgado Estate! We had our families from the east and west coast get together for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms, they enjoyed the amenities and had plenty of space for alone time as well. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We have a very large family and very few locations can accommodate everyone in one home.

Awesome family reunion

We had our family reunion to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday at this estate. Jessica in Reservation answered all of my emails and questions promptly. Sara met with me upon arrival (sorry we were late!) to show me the house. The entire property was clean, air conditioned and ready for us. We had 36 people staying overnight and some day guests dropping by to wish him happy birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us to congregate in the kitchen and common room. The beds had nice linen and were very comfortable. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens were well stocked. But the absolute highlight was the pool, simply amazing! Everyone in the family was impressed with the property. We had such a memorable weekend and are already talking about returning there for our next reunion. I highly recommend this property and rental company.

Best stay yet!

We’ve rented this house for three years in a row and this was the best stay by far! DLE has recently renovated the kitchen with brand new appliances and they’re wonderful. Sarah was extremely helpful and immediately responsive with any questions we had. Can’t recommend this house enough!

Perfect home for your next family reunion!!

This home is ideal for a family reunion. It was our 2nd time staying here. There is so much space to cook, gather and eat, play games, enjoy each other or just get away from it all if you need to. The pool (s) are amazing. They are super helpful for anything you need during your stay. If something goes wrong, they will be on it it right away to get it resolved. It is perfect. My husband and I have also hosted a work get away for his managers twice. (yep, I've stayed here 4 times :). That was awesome as well! We can't wait until the next time!

Great time with our extended family!!!

We filled up Delgado with family and friends and had a wonderful and memorable time! The amenities go on and on and we took advantage of each luxurious one. Alex was quick to respond when we had any questions. We enjoyed the beautifully remodeled kitchen and spent hours in the pool visiting together and enjoying watching our grandchildren play. There is no reason to leave the property and we barely did! Would love to reunite there again and again. Plenty of space to be together and if anyone wanted privacy they could easily retreat to their private bedroom and sitting room. An exceptionally large property that also encourages togetherness as everything opens out to the center patio and pool. Loved our time and it went too fast!

One of a Kind!

The home is truly one of a kind. Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. We felt like we were at our own 5 star hotel!

80th Birthday Party

This home worked out beautifully for our 80th birthday celebration. The house accommodated all 23 guests very comfortably and luxuriously. Alex Montoya was a wonderful concierge and made sure we were comfortable and informed on how to enjoy the property. He also was very prompt in sending a repairman when we found some small repairs that were needed. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the tennis courts on the property. We would highly recommend this property and hope to have an opportunity to use it again in the future. One issue we did have, and it was a pretty big issue, was our caterer (Chef Giovanni, aka John Corsino, aka Freelance Gourmet Catering) took almost $2,000 in payments for catering a dinner and brunch, and then never showed up. DO NOT HIRE CHEF GIOVANNI! Alex came to our rescue and helped us obtain dinner and Tim Householder was amazing and delivered a ton of food for breakfast the next morning. Our guests were well fed and did not go hungry. But dealing with this situation with the caterer is difficult and will be a long, drawn out process.

The absolute best

This was our third straight year for our annual family reunion. When we arrived everything was in tiptop shape. The property is absolutely impossible to adequately describe. You do need to see it in person. It has everything for everybody in all age groups.

I suggest anyone looking for a extremely beautiful home and very quiet area to look no farther. Everything was immaculate and ready for use. I LOVE the fact that every call I made (and there were many), it was answered. I Thank Tim for his quick response on anything I needed.

Awesome stay at the Delgado Estate!

We brought together our whole family at the Delgado Estate for a milestone celebration and had an incredible stay! It was like having a boutique hotel with fabulous amenities and spaces for our private use! The outdoor areas are particularly impressive. We spent the bulk of our time "on campus" enjoying the comforts and luxuries of the pools, hot tubs, steam room, tennis court and media room. We regularly used both the indoor and outdoor kitchens to enjoy our meals together. When we had questions or needs, the service team was incredibly responsive and helpful! It was a fabulous experience for our entire family!
