The kitchen has high end appliances, and 4 seats at the island, the dining area has a table for 6, and the family room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, fireplace and direct access to the backyard. There is also a formal dining room with seating for 6 and a sitting room. The office has a desk, TV and theater seating.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds, flatscreen TVs, and attached Jack n Jill bathroom with shower tub combo. Hall powder bath for guest use.

Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
