The home is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware.

The main house has two of the Guest Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV and easy access to the hall bath with shower.

Four more Guest Suites are located in the three private casitas. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, full size crib, and en suite bath with large walk in shower. Suite 4 has a Queen bed, en suite bath with jacuzzi tubs and showers, and living rooms with TVs, couches and kitchenettes. Suite 5 has a King bed, jack 'n' jill bath that shares with Suite 6, which has a Queen bed. Private doors from each room out to the center courtyard.
