What an oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. A quiet street and even more so backyard space but every amenity one could ask for both inside and out. The perfect blend of sophistication and Palm Springs style. Location was convenient to everything, yet you would never know how close you were to the action of downtown. DLE staff were so responsive throughout the rental process, check in, and follow up. One of our best rentals ever and we've had dozens. If you are visiting the Palm Springs area, do yourself a favor and explore their options. You won't be disappointed.

The foundation of wonderful memories for years to come! We hosted a milestone birthday trip here and my guests said they stepped into paradise. It was all so beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We ended up canceling a few plans just to stay in, enjoy the amenities, and take photos. We've started looking at other DLE options for a future stay.

We held a board retreat at La Paz Estates which held the perfect number of rooms and beds for us to have enough space and areas to meet. The place is spacious but cozy and inviting. The nights were perfect in Oct to end in the jacuzzi. The area is close to El Paseo which has endless restaurants and shopping. We didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this stay.

The hosts were very responsive to our questions and sorted any issues very quickly. House was great, housed 8 adults with lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. We would stay here again.

Immaculate, tastefully designed and thoughtfully executed layout and amenities. If you’re a pickleball player, this is the best property for a fun weekend with family and friends for all weekend long matches. Beautiful backyard and layout with an incredible pool and spa. Host was super responsible and flexible.

This was a perfect spot for our group of 9 friends. The pool was even more lovely than the photos, and the location made getting to downtown Palm Springs easy. Communication was quick, and the management team responded quickly.

Overall, we really enjoyed our two week stay at Banana Cabana. The property owner obviously takes pride in sharing their house with guests and the attention to fun details shine through in every room and space on the property. Good vibes immediately greet you when you walk in the front door. The house and property were clean and carefully organized. A pool cleaner came twice a week. The artwork in the house and around the pool is fun and cheery. The large pool was a real highlight for us. We used it every day. The outdoor BBQ was great. Wi-Fi was excellent. The house is only a five minute drive from the downtown area.
