Any large group will enjoy the benefits this home provides. The house more than accommodated the needs of all 8 of us. Beds were comfy in the well appointed bedrooms. No complaints about the showers. And lots of private spaces available throughout the house. The large dining room table afforded our group to gather around all at once for meals and games and great conversation. We were there on a chilly January weekend so we weren’t outside to enjoy the lovely pool area. The main kitchen is very well equipped. The house location is very conveniently located only 15 minutes from the airport. The house has a nice view of the desert valley. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood. We appreciated the off street parking for 4 cars. It’s a huge plus.

Beautiful estate that accommodated all 25 members of my family, ages 1 to 81. Plenty of activities and very well stocked kitchen. Pickleball was a hit!

We rented Bellerive last-minute, same-day for The American Express golf tournament and checked-in Wednesday afternoon before the tournament started Thursday. A great location and house for eight people. Super comfy beds! Thank you!

We spent 2 sunfilled weeks at the property. The pool was amazing and we spend soooo many hours in it. The beds were all very comfy to crawl into after a day of fun. The few hiccups we had wouldn't stop us from recommending others from planning a family vacation to the property.

What a wonderful home for our family for the holidays! We've stayed at PGA West the past few years and this property was our favorite. Stunning location and view. Great amenities. We had everything we needed and more. The home is an entertainer/cooks dream. It had everything you could ever need and the view is spectacular.
