All was good. Very well equipped house with lovely furniture. There was no iron but one was brought round very quickly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in PalmSprings

Well furnished and decorated home. The backyard was a dream. We lived back there. Everything was in good working order; games had all pieces. Outdoor dining was special every night under the lights. You will have no regrets renting this gorgeous home. You won't want to leave the premises.

What a fantastic property with more than enough rooms for our party and a private tennis court. The kitchen was spacious so we could cook fabulous meals for our group and an outdoor grilling area fit for a master griller. We enjoyed all the outdoor space and surprisingly, with 7 families, didn't feel at all on top of each other. The kids swam in the pool for hours. We will absolutely stay again at the Delgado Estate. We really didn't want to leave.

This house was clean and beautifully styled and decorated!!!!! The beds were as comfy as any Four Seasons Hotel. The amenities were amazing with 7 TVS and a beautiful pool! We had the best family trip and didn't want to leave! We normally stay at La Quinta Waldorf and this was much better!!!!!! We will def. return! We also stayed at another Desert Luxury house and although the pool and waterslide was amazing, the interior of this house was WAY BETTER! Who ever designed this property and decorated it, did a great job!

2nd stay at Martini Modern within the last four months. A great house in a terrific location, surrounded by top quality homes, and about one mile to downtown Palm Springs (an easy walk). House and backyard are real nice and very functional. Really well equipped, as there's everything you need there. Will stay there again on our next trip. Dealing with Desert Luxury Estates is an absolute pleasure as their staff is top quality and very attentive.

We absolutely loved the Banana Cabana house!! The grounds, especially the pool were delightful in the hot weather. The entire house was so comfortable and easy to relax in. Our grown kids loved the tree house and bar, and some even took a snooze or two while reading. We would definitely choose to stay at the this lovely home the next time we head to Palm Springs!

The home was great. Exactly as pictured and everything worked well. It was fully stocked, comfortable beds and so much to do. We cooked most nights and really enjoyed the outdoor bbq area & pool. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family vacation.

My family stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute. The location just north of El Paseo was perfect for walking, shopping, and driving to Palm Springs and Indian Wells. Inside, the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the house has a living room and family room for spreading out. Outside, we loved the pool, hot tub, putting green and ping pong tables. The pool gets sun all day - there are 4-5 umbrellas to escape the heat. We had 6 people on the wifi at one time and it was fine. We will be back - thank you Modern Oasis for a great getaway.
