This is such a beautiful property! We happened to go during the hottest weekend on record but that didn’t matter one bit since we were in the pool most of the time. Check in was a breeze. We were close enough to stores for anything we needed but felt secluded and in our own little world while at the property. Whether in the pool, playing games under fans on the patio, hanging out in the living room to watch a movie together, or cooking dinner in the well appointed kitchen, everyone said it was a wonderful place to reconnect and recharge together.

We rented the house for an extended birthday weekend. The house was very spacious with an open feel, all 6 couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and dinning room were perfect for the private chef to come to cook. The Chef mentioned it was very stocked kitchen. The only thing that was a little underwhelming was the pool but the rest of the accommodations made up for it. All in all a great place to stay.

This is a wonderful stay. The place was impeccably clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed. It's also the ideal setup for palm springs. The house and exterior is setup perfectly for a great getaway. Really wonderful spot.

This place is a self-contained resort, a stylish oasis. We had our teen boys and my mother in tow for a magical long weekend. If you read all the reviews you will see how comfortable the beds are, how beautiful the rooms are designed, and how clean everything is, especially during COVID. The kitchen is so well stocked I thought I was home, paper towels, Reynolds Wrap, spices, beautiful pans, many many knives, drawers full of every gadget you need, cutting boards, plastic cups for the pool, great dishes and bowls, a coffee maker, and every kind of drink glass for cocktails in the evening. The blender was a much-used appliance. Did I mention they had ice already in the freezer and a bowl of lemons and limes for us? They don't list all the appliances but there is a toaster, an electric griddle for pancakes, a crockpot, and a small toaster/oven for nachos. We used the outdoor grill by the pool for hot dogs and hamburgers. My 81-year-old mother swam every morning and night, and to see her sitting relaxed under the outdoor veranda reading made my heart sing. The boys loved the pool, corn toss game, jacuzzi with lights, treehouse, giant connect 4, and the pool which was full of inflatable toys such as a pink flamingo, sparkly unicorn, and noodles. We didn't expect this, but what a treat! We spent one day at Palm Springs Air Museum. Incredible! You will fall in love with the original art in the house. This was our first time staying in Palm Springs. We didn't know about the noise ordinance. Just google Palm Springs Noise Ordinance Vacation Rental to read before your visit. At night we heard incredibly loud buzzing for about 20 minutes. We thought it was the electrical lines. We laughed when we found out it was the male cicada looking for a mate! As you can see from my notes, we had an amazing time at the Banana Cabana and can't wait to return. There was so much room, everyone could occupy their own space. What a treat after being cooped up in a house the past few months. I wish all of our experiences on Airbnb were this good and this house was the epitome of a perfect elegant rental.

Honestly I've stayed at a lot of AIRBNBS but something about the banana cabana was such a different, yet awesome experience. We loved this spot so much! The vibes here were insane. All the little touches to the rooms, the backyard, and the living room were so thoughtful and creative! An unforgettable experience for sure, I will definitely be back. If you're 2nd guessing your stay here, PLEASE JUST BOOK IT! You will not regret it!!!

Beautiful house with great views. Loved the pool and amenities that were included. The only downside was that street parking was not allowed. However, 4 cars fit in the garage/entrance. Overall, highly recommend this location.

Top notch place with excellent customer service. The home is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean with beautiful, modern design. The back yard with pool, spa and grill area are stunning and a great place to relax and have fun. DLE was only a phone call away for anything we needed. There were a few marks on the walls here and there but nothing majorly noticeable or distracting and for the minor things that were broken, DLE simply thanked us for the heads up and asked if we needed the item fixed right away (which we didn't!). Overall is was a great and easy experience. I will definitely return to this property or another DLE property for a future trip!

This was the perfect house for our little getaway. Such a beautiful home and the backyard was incredible. The property rental company was extremely accommodating and any questions we had or changes that we needed to make they made very easy. 100% recommend!!!

Home had a great layout, open kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Pool was incredible and lots of fun. Kids had a blast splashing around and playing in the pool. Pool table was also a great fun activity for the whole family.

We've rented many houses over the years, but this one was, by far, the best! Not only is the house beautiful, very clean, and huge, but our hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into the little things that make a vacation enjoyable. Great appliances like a professional blender and margarita machine, already-inflated pool toys, huge tv's in every room.... the list goes on. The pool was sparklingly clean and the grounds immaculate. Misters in all the perfect spots at least gave us a chance in the intense late-summer heat. The view of the golf course was nice, and the neighbors very accommodating with our group. We even had a few neighbors drop by to say hello and leave us another pool toy. All in all, this was a top-of-the-line experience and we'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special vacation.

We were very nervous as a record breaking heat wave was expected the weekend we were coming to stay at this house. To our surprise the pool stayed completely cool and we got the relief we needed from the heat when we were in it. The air conditioning wasn't working properly upon arrival, but DLE sent a repair guy immediately and all was fixed! We love this house and can't wait to come back.
