This property is unbelievable as it is tucked into the hillside for a natural, private getaway. All of the bedrooms and baths are generously sized and secluded for a sense of privacy while having plenty of gathering spaces for a large group. The pool backdrop plus the poolhouse living room and the dining room were our favorite parts. The kitchen is perfect for your own cooking or we had a chef come and cook and everything was there for him to do his thing. The golf cart is very useful to get things up and down as there is a good amount of stairs to climb. We will definitely come back in the future as it is a memorable place to stay, close to downtown and anything else you may need. Oh and the landscaping is immaculate and the lighting at night is stunning!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Everything was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet, yet close to all amenities. The beds were excellent, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook easily and enjoyably. The only minor point was the bedding, but that’s an easy fix and didn’t take away from our great experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this house to others. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The perfect stay for our annual couples weekend in Palm Springs. We’ve always done a hotel but this time we wanted to try a vacation home and Mesa Ranch was a hit! With four couples we were worried we'd be right on top of each other, not at Mesa Ranch. This house was so comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom, there were nooks and crannies throughout the property to sit and relax in your own thoughts. To say it was lovely is an understatement. We loved the property and will be back. The location is off the beaten path. But as close as a 3-5min drive or if you like to walk it’s doable. Mr. Lyons restaurant is right there. Hiking in the area a few blocks down. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful classic Palm Springs home.

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend. The house was exactly as pictured. We had so much fun using the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was in such a great location and so close to downtown! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Palm Springs getaway!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our family gathering of 25 people! Accommodations for sleeping worked really well and the large kitchen and outdoor bbq area made meal time so easy! There is also so much to do with the tennis court, ping pong, golf sim, pool tables, putting green, basketball etc. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed it all very much! The home and yard space is so large! Corey, the property manager, was very accommodating and helpful from the time we booked the house and throughout our entire stay. A big thank you to him! We would recommend Delgado for sure! It was a vacation that will be remembered by all!
