We stayed here with our wedding party. The house had plenty of space for everyone to get ready before the big day. The pool and the view are fantastic and the property’s location is convenient and easily accessible from the rest of the Palm Desert area. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful property with a group of 8 adults - life long friends in our 70s that regularly travel together. The home is huge. More than enough room for being together as a group for meals, sharing times, games, or just hanging out. Also plenty of space for 'alone' time if/when desired. Large well stocked kitchen - extra fridge in the bar too! The outside area was spectacular! Very large property, so pretty much no intrusion to or from neighbors - you pretty much can't see any of them anyways. Pool and spa were clean and warm. Outside seating was abundant, plenty of shade, a very cool gazebo, etc. Service by staff before our stay and during our stay was outstanding! We were told, and I do agree, that some of the property - house and externals - is dated (technology, some furniture, fixtures, etc.), but that in no way diminished our thorough enjoyment of our time there. We all agreed that we'd come back in a heart beat if we came back to the area! Any concerns or maintenance related issues that arose were quickly and effectively addressed. The sales staff were very easy and professional to work with. There is a very, very strict La Quinta City ordinance about noise that we were not made aware of before our arrival. We never had a problem, but I could see a dilemma with families with smaller kids, younger renters, etc. - something to be aware of and discuss with mgmnt company before renting.

This house is like having your own private resort! The rooms are spacious, the pool and tennis courts a great place to create gatherings for fun and competition (they set up two pickleball courts for us) and the kitchen is spacious and perfect for preparing meals to stay in and lounge around the house. The property management staff was very responsive throughout our stay. We would do it all over again!

The house is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The yard was smaller than I thought it would be, but still very nice. The neighbors are very close, so it’s not very private. Also not a great walking neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in, it was way nicer than the photos. The Kitchen and floors were fresh and the view from the backyard was gorgeous. We had a couple of other couples join us throughout our stay and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and location.

This was just the right home for our three night weekend stay in Palm Desert. The home was clean and well-stocked, just the right number of bedrooms and baths. Our "concierge" came over at check-in bringing candy to hand out if we had trick or treaters. No trick or treaters arrived but the candy was eaten! It's also a great location and just 10 minutes from the airport, a grocery store and a Starbucks.

The home was perfect for our tennis playing group. It was stocked exceptionally well for a large group. Lots of towels, etc and kitchen equipment was nice.

Blue Lotus Villa

We had ten girls stay for a girl's weekend at the Blue Lotus. The property is BEAUTIFUL and it was large enough for all of us to sleep - we had to share beds of course but we didn't mind. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was very quiet. Really close to downtown, just a 5 minute Uber ride away. None of us wanted to leave!! If you go to Palm Springs with a large group this property is a must. Already dreaming of going back...

My friends and I had a lovely time at the Banana Cabana! Everything was carefully thought out for maximum comfort and fun for guests, from the preheated pool to the adorable decor touches to the well equipped kitchen. We ended up switching dinner plans to takeout in order to enjoy the space more! Check out instructions were easy as well.

Beautiful and spacious property with a fantastic back patio and pool. The house was close to lots of restaurants but it was hard to leave we were so happy lounging near the pool. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, plenty of storage and loads of bathrooms. Great stay!

Everything was excellent....the estate was absolutely beautiful and the chef that prepared meals was wonderful. Great food and an amazing atmosphere. Loved it. House was very clean and beautiful. Excellent service.
